Just posting this for closure. I knew the stealth missions would be the end of me and Rezel Cross, I just didn’t think it would be as soon as chapter 13. I’ve spent almostĀ week on that section where you have to evade two guards with a third one sleeping just beyond so you can make it to the Gilmore boss’s headquarters. I’m sick of it now and I don’t care what happens with the boss any more. If I wanted Metal Gear I would play Metal Gear, not a turn-based RPG. I don’t even like this game that much anyway <sour grapes to the max>.
That’s that for Rezel Cross. I’ve already movedĀ on and now I’m playing Issho ni Gohan. (a really boring otome game) and Little Witch Parfait (a really boring moe-girl-does-alchemy sim). And I haven’t played any Dragon Shadow Spell in a while, but it’s still in the cards for now. Updates on them to follow when I get round to it.
Why you play boring games, when there are too many good games?
If you’re bored with the games, then something is not right. Games are played for fun…
I completely agree. The days when I used to force myself to finish games are long over.
“Littlewitch Parfait (a really boring moe-girl-does-alchemy sim)”
Oh shit, guess I should have expected this considering the lukewarm reception on review sites.
Also guess I probably shouldn’t hold my breath for them to actually develop more alchemy sims.
The Aoi Sora games had some great world building and an alchemy system that was fairly satisfying, but this game is just shallow moe-bait. If new games will be like this one then they’re better off not being made.
